Quality coaching is the number one driver of bottom-line performance. Leaders need to know when (and how) to coach, provide feedback, teach or be directive. It's the most important choice they make and it's a huge responsibility. Many organizations lack clear definitions, resources and training which puts their leaders at a disadvantage and can negatively impact teams and performance. I have spent the last decade highly focused in this space, helping to create a coaching culture and support mechanisms for learning, execution, growth and measurement.
How and when a leader communicates can be more important than the message itself. Text. Email. Phone. Zoom. Face-to-face. It's more than body language. It's mindful planning, predicting, managing the environment, adjusting to make every conversation a QUALITY conversation. And it's not just for "difficult" conversations, it's for ALL conversations with employees. As a leadership development professional, I can help leaders avoid pitfalls and become even more effective, at all experience levels.

Does the team believe in the strategy? Do they believe in you, the leader? Do they believe in themselves? Is any of this attainable? What is the level of trust across your organization?
